Alois Mattersberger - Painter
1961 born in Matrei, Osttirol.
- 1995 - The first painting „MAGERSUCHT“
Since 1995 many experimental paintings on various grounds arised, adaptive, trying to understand the colours, powerful in its stroke, in steady further development.
A focal point of my painting is not only the use of acryl, oil and coal. In addition to that also the incorporation of the world of colours out of the kitchen shelf. That is why I paint intensified paintings with oysters or soya sauce, saffron filaments, Kurkuma powder, and many more...
„In the spice boxes I can find an incredible variety of colour pigments and exciting textures, that is why sometimes paintings have a very big vitality, which almost reflect a whole recipe and even flavour the aura."
